Singapore Wallcoverings Centre Pte Ltd (SWC)

was incorporated in 1969 to import and distribute quality wallpapers and wallcoverings for the Singapore and ASEAN markets. Buying directly from well known manufacturers in United States of America, Western Europe and Japan meant that SWC has a very wide range of the latest styles and designs offering good value and attractive prices to the interior designers, architects, hotel and office developers, government organisations, contractors and house owners.

SWC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stamford Land Corporation Ltd. (formerly known as Hai Sun Hup Group Ltd), a publicly listed company on the Singapore Exchange. From wallcoverings, the business grew leading to the formation of Fabric House and Varimerx S.E. Asia, two business units that import quality fabrics and interior decoration products including furniture.
